We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment in Cleveleys. The value for money was excellent and the room itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location couldn't have been more perfect, with a great view of the sea and easy access to the beach. The hosts, Wendy and Andrew, were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We loved it so much that it's definitely at the top of our list for future bookings.

The only improvement I can think of would be to have more breakfast offerings.

Incredible location, flat 3 was mind-blowingly clean and comfortable. The large bay window flooded the apartment with jaw-dropping natural light. The beautiful muted grey decor gave it a super modern feel. The ensuite bathroom with a hot shower was a great touch. The hosts were amazingly responsive, even helping us out when we got confused with the parking. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was quiet. The communal area and stairs were spotless and beautifully decorated. The apartments are new and everything is fresh out of the box. The sea view from the apartment was fantastic, and the location at the sea end of Victoria Street couldn't be better. It's a real home from home experience. It's a nice place to stay that's handy for visiting family, with apartment 4 offering a lovely view of the sea. The provided amenities, including tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits, were a nice touch. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and had modern decor throughout. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location near the beach was perfect. a super stay.

Best aspects of my stay during Christmas at this hotel were the great location and the cleanliness of the apartment. The hotel is perfectly situated, offering a beautiful view of the sea and being close to all the main attractions in the area. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the responsive and helpful hosts, who were always available to assist with any queries or concerns.

Worst aspects of my stay during Christmas at this hotel were the unpleasant smell in the hallway upon arrival and the lack of cleanliness in one of the rooms. The strong odor of cannabis in the hallway was quite off-putting and not a pleasant first impression.

Stayed at Kimberley Holiday for a family visit. Had a comfortable and clean flat with lovely decor and a large bay window for natural light. The ensuite bathroom had a hot shower and the hosts were very responsive when we had a parking confusion. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. The communal area and stairs were spotless. Will definitely book again!

We had a great time at these apartments! The location is perfect, right near the beach and within walking distance of karaoke bars and casinos. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The large bay windows brought in lots of natural light, and the ensuite bathroom had a hot shower.
